FTP Instructions

If you are an existing customer, you can send your files to us by FTP (file-transfer protocol).  FTP allows you to send us your large file(s) to us electronically and instantly.  

If you are not familiar with FTP, we recommend you use a free FTP utility called SmartFTP.  You can download it here. 

Instructions:

1. You must first create a new account with us.  Once you have done this, we will send you an email with a confirmation within 24 hours, usually much quicker.
   
2. Once we have sent you a confirmation email, you will have the address and credentials to Login to our FTP server using the same username and password you created on this site.  
3. Upload the file(s) to your directory.
